Excellent service from all the staff of the Country Garage ,but especially Graeme Potter in the service department. .
We had been to other BMW dealers as a young couple prepared to pay in cash and nobody took us seriously. We had several of them offer to take our details and call us back and no one did. Reece at the Countrt Garage was sincere, helpful & friendly.

We worked collaboratively to determine the most appropriate date for the service to the car and ensured I had a complimentary courtesy car for my use on the day my car was indisposed.
The problem with the car was sorted quickly and without fuss
Car was delivered to house to help accommodate me and my family.
Booked in the car when it suited me. After I had left the car in to get serviced, they drove me to work and then collected me again later and drove me back to the garage to collect my serviced car.
Delivered exactly as agreed. Appointment time met and service completed without fuss at an affordable price

When booking my service Country Garage offered me a lift back to my home - I did not have to ask for this. They kept me up-to-date with progress on the work required. When the work was completed the car was delivered back to my home.
