The problem with the car was sorted quickly and without fuss
We worked collaboratively to determine the most appropriate date for the service to the car and ensured I had a complimentary courtesy car for my use on the day my car was indisposed.
Car was delivered to house to help accommodate me and my family.
Booked in the car when it suited me. After I had left the car in to get serviced, they drove me to work and then collected me again later and drove me back to the garage to collect my serviced car.

When booking my service Country Garage offered me a lift back to my home - I did not have to ask for this. They kept me up-to-date with progress on the work required. When the work was completed the car was delivered back to my home.
The dealership was sympathetic to my plight. They fixed the annoying dashboard rattle and did try to recoup the costs from BMW but unfortunately they did not have any success.

Asked garage to look small piece of rust on a nut anti-static strap on boot in case it was anything to worry about. Nut was removed, brushed and a drop of grease then charged £40. This was excessive charging even for BMW literally 5 min work.

First class service better value for money compared to say Mazda .
Collected car and on driving away car pulled to the right. Warning lights came on. Steering was not centred therefore I had driven away several miles in what could have been a dangerous car. Returned car and very little in way of apology.
